Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Mastercard & Visa credit card payments as well as Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Maestro Switch and Solo over the net. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling We have spent alot of time analysing what will be the fairest structure for this and hope that you agree that we have come up with a simple but fair solution.

Within the UK, there is a standard P&P charge of £4.99. Items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or via couriers. Orders containing ONLY greetings cards are sent via 1st Class post at a reduced rate of £1.99 (this is automatically calculated).

NEXT DAY DELIVERY is available Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday before noon will be delivered on Monday, otherwise items will be delivered on Tuesday. This is priced at £8.99 within mainland UK. Greetings cards only are charged at £4.99

Orders within Europe are charged at £6.99 & are sent by airmail. Orders only containing greetings cards are charged at £2.99

For the rest of the world, orders are charged at £7.99 & are sent by airmail. Grretings cards only are priced at £3.99

We reserve the right to add a shipping surcharge for orders outside of the UK, however you will be notified of this prior to goods being despatched.

Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt but if your order is particularly urgent please select the next day delivery option. We can be contacted by telephone on 08700 104478 or by email if you with to confirm an urgent order delivery.

Please note that all items sent next day require a signature upon delivery.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All orders are subject to VAT at the rate of 17.5%

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee but we cannot be liable for delivery damage unless notified within 48hrs. of receipt.

Returns Policy If you return an item to us within 14 days of purchase in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Personalised and Special order items, DVD's, CD's, Videos and Computer software (unless the shrink wrap is still intact or the item is faulty). Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage & postal insurance as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.

Fair Wear & Tear Guarantee

Our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. If we feel it is necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments. Please allow 30 days for an exchange or refund in these instances.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Hygiene Regulations

Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974)

Customs

Goods ordered from Yourgifthorse for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches it's destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.

Remittance Terms All goods must be paid in full before being sent out and we reserve the right to carry out validation checks before processing an order. If this is going to delay the processing of your order we will e-mail you to let you know.
