Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa and MasterCard card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. The dollar price shown on the website is for your guidance only and may vary as exchange rates fluctuate.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

We will confirm by email that we have received your order. Such confirmation does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we have processed the order, received your payment, dispatched the goods to you and sent you a shipping confirmation email. This process protects us where a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the new price is acceptable.

When the order is placed at the website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We use Actinic Payments & Credit Call to process your payment on our behalf, using the latest security standards & industry compliance checks.

Shipping And Handling Within the UK, there is a standard P&P charge of £4.99. Items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or via couriers. Orders containing ONLY greetings cards are sent via 1st Class post at a reduced rate of £1.99 (this is automatically calculated).

NEXT DAY DELIVERY is available Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday before noon will be delivered on Monday, otherwise items will be delivered on Tuesday. This is priced at £6.99 within mainland UK. Greetings cards only are charged at £4.99

Orders within Europe are charged at £6.99 & are sent by airmail. Orders only containing greetings cards are charged at £2.99

For the rest of the world, orders are charged at £7.99 & are sent by airmail. Grretings cards only are priced at £3.99

We reserve the right to add a shipping surcharge for orders outside of the UK, however you will be notified of this prior to goods being despatched.

Delivery Schedule We will deliver your order right away. We will normally despatch your order to you within 1 business day of your order.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence & retain the damaged item & all the packaging for at least 30 days in case the delivery company may wish to inspect it.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. Claims for items not received must be notified to us within 28 days of your original order date.

Back Orders We aim to hold stock of all our items but, in the rare event that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for a back ordered item.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Goods ordered from us for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are normally levied once the parcel reaches it's destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you. We have no knowledge of, or control over, these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee but we cannot be liable for delivery damage unless notified within 48hrs. of receipt.

Returns Policy Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Personalised and Special order items and Underwear. Computer software, DVD's, CD's & Videos can only be accepted for returns when the original shrink wrap packaging is still intact. An order for Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

If you return an item to us within 14 days of purchase in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Fair Wear & Tear Guarantee

Our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. If we feel it is necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments. Please allow 30 days for an exchange or refund in these instances.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Hygiene Regulations

Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974)

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affects your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
