Speedy Shipping £7.49 Ideal for urgent orders, your order will be delivered in 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday).
We will ship your order via DPD Local couriers & it will arrive within 1-2 working days. All speedy shipping orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on Monday.
We ship our standard orders via Royal Mail or DPD Local couriers. DPD Local deliver between 9am and 5pm but will give you a one hour delivery window early on the morning of delivery to help you plan your day.
International shipping - we can ship all of our products to most parts of the world - please contact us with the item you are interested in and the delivery destination so we can give you a shipping quote.
If you are ordering from us as a gift, you can choose to have the item sent direct to the recipient, just enter their address as the delivery address during the checkout process. We don't include any price information on the delivery note enclosed in the parcel.

We want you to be totally delighted with your purchase and operate a no-hassle 30 day returns policy.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items to us. If you have simply changed your mind please make sure they are returned in as new condition, complete with original packaging. Contact us for the returns address.
We strongly recommend you get a certificate of postage and/or tracked and insured delivery as we can't be held liable for damaged or lost items on their return journey to us. Returns will be processed and payment refunded within 14 days.
Also personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless they are faulty and we are also unable to accept earrings unless faulty for hygiene reasons.
Faulty or damaged items - if an item arrives damaged please get in touch with us before returning so we can raise a claim with the couriers.
